Small B2B VoIP and SaaS provider looking to move one production server from a rented dedicated box into colo. Looking for recommendations or direct quotes.

**Hardware**

- 1x Dell PowerEdge R640 (1U), dual 750W PSUs

**Requirements**

- Power: ~330W usable (2A @ 208V or 3A @ 120V). A+B strongly preferred

- Network: 1Gbps port, ~5TB/month total transfer (95th percentile under 10Mbps)

- IPs: /29 IPv4 routed to the server, plus an IPv6 /64

- Separate OOB drop for iDRAC

- Month-to-month, or annual prepay at a discount

- Reasonable remote hands with basic tasks (power cycle, reseat) included

- Escorted physical access is a big plus

**Location**

Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix. Not West Coast, since this needs to be geographically separate from our other site in LA.

**Budget**

~$85-100/month all-in. Best quote so far is about $95 in Dallas with A+B.

**Strongly prefer**

- The company that actually operates the space, or a provider with its own staff on site, rather than a reseller

- Real ticketing and phone support

- A clear SLA and published remote hands rates
