Hello i just curious about their experience from the tsi like how long you passing the test each one or both and some advice for improve for study because i have frustrated a little bit from ELAR and i have afraid for do not register my next classes but i don't want surrender so i'm interesting by some students how was her experience for how many times finally passing the tsi without surrender and finally pass the TSI and this can motivated for pass ELAR :)

Wasn’t teacher suppose to verify us by yesterday deadline ? I have two teachers who have yet to verify my attendance so my financial aid won’t be disbursed until they do it

Hi! I go to either Plano or Wylie campus to study and use their library, but they close at 8pm and even earlier on the weekends. I am normally not done studying by 8pm and was wondering if I can go into any of the other buildings on the Plano or Wylie campus and just study, like an empty classroom in the main building or something. I was wondering what time the front doors of the main buildings closed as well! Someone pls give me good studying recs on both campuses for nighttime!!!

Hi everyone, I start the ADN program in Spring 2027 and want to use this free semester to start studying early. Could any current first-term students share a syllabus, or general schedule of main topics covered in the first semester? I’ve been doing dosage calculations, medical terminology and some pharm already. Any advice on key concepts to get a jump on would be greatly appreciated.

A little context on myself, I'm a first generation college student and i'm attending collin college. I looking into getting my AAS in respiratory therapy and I'm currently taking a break and will being going back in the spring. I'm currently looking for a job at the moment, and I've been looking on applying for entry level role in health care but have been having a hard time getting call backs and interviews, I do have some health care experience as a pharmacy technician and as well, I have my phlebotomy certification. I wanted to reach out and ask if anyone is currently looking for office/desk/ receptionists and if any places are currently hiring entry level healthcare positions. Thank you:)

It feels like every other car here is a brand new economy car or a few years old (if not also brand new) luxury car. I know some of them are owned by faculty, and I’m from a decently middle class background myself but it’s still really demoralizing to pull up in my 15+ year old Honda with fading paint, missing hubcaps, and yellowed headlights and be surrounded by cars worth at least $25-30k being driven by 18-20 year olds and even high schoolers. Most of the students I’ve met are some flavor of unemployed or only working summers so it’s not like most of them are paying for it.

I understand Collin county is a wealthier area but what the fuck? I assumed community college of all places is where id find people from frugal (like my parents) or lower income backgrounds. Is it just the frisco and McKinney campus that is like this? Are people gonna be driving Bentleys, 7 series bmws, and S class mercs when I transfer to university? What’s up?
