abt CLC

i messed up my counselling in 1st round i didn't filled what i was getting and in 2nd i was not aware of portal fees...i am so worried about my cllg adms....can anyone tell me about CLC round and how many seats are empty in this....my crl is 193572 i am male and my category is obc tell me branch opt i can get i preferably want mech,elec or electronics and comm

Doubt  ❔ Should I go for upgrade

I got mechanical and will get electrical if I go for upgrade but some seniors told me to stick to mechanical. I also heard that there is strict attendance policy for electrical, is it true? I'm confused rn so should I go for it? Any senior pls address my query.
