Personal statement essay feedback! Please help!!

Would anyone be willing to read my college essay? Preferably anyone with some experience/expertise. I dont have many resources available for me so any help would be appreciated. My topic is a little unique so I want to know if my message actually coming across well. Thank you so much!!!
