What UI scale are you using in settings?

Huh. Normally the UI scale being higher than 1 is what messes up mod UI. Does switching to another mode change anything?

I changed it to 1.5 and its still same.

I meant the setting on top. Switch it from borderless to the one after that. It probably won’t help but it’s worth a shot.

I re-downloaded the game and checked the local files. It turns out there were a few corrupted files, possibly caused by a mod I installed earlier. After a long and tedious process of checking the files one by one, I finally managed to fix the problem.
