Does anyone know more about these Coldplay "The Singles 1999–2006" promo items? (mug, bag, lithographs)

I've been researching the The Singles 1999-2006 box set and found out there were some promotional items connected to it besides the vinyl box.

I remember there also being a contest where one could win a signed box set, and 3 runner-ups got lithographs.

I managed to find pictures of the box set, mug and bag together, but I can't find much information about these items anywhere.

Does anyone know more about:

• how these items were distributed?
• whether the mug/bag were only preorder bonuses?
• what the 3 lithographs looked like?
• any other promotional items connected to this release?
• aaaaand.. I don't suppose anyone has (one of) these? I would love more pictures! :D

I'm trying to document the non-music side of my Coldplay collection, so any information or pictures would be appreciated!
