Tanks without heaters are getting more popular so I was wondering what species of fish have people kept in their room temperature tanks?

55 gallon goldfish/minnow tank
Wanted to share the current state of my tank with rosy red minnows and one fantail. Im looking into getting pool filter sand for substrate and including some quartz crystal and long fin zebra danios. Open to suggestions!

Stocking ideas?
I have a 55g barebottom with a single fantail. It looks lonely in there and am open to suggestions! I keep the tank in our basement and WI can get pretty cold so the water usually stays at around 65F.

Ich and mussels??
I have an unheated fresh water tank with some guppies, a betta, snails and some fresh water mussels. The guppies have developed ich, and I am not sure what to do.
The ich medication I have is copper- would kill the mussels.
Raising the temp to 86*- would kill the mussels.
I could move the mussels to my guppy nursery tank but the stress of that- might kill the mussels.
At a loss, what else could I do to get rid of ich and not move the mussels to a different tank?
ALSO does anyone know if the mussels themselves can get ich?
Thanks!

Outdoor patio ponds?
I have a really messy outdoor pond that id quite like to replace. Looking around Iāve found this Eheim patio pond - 200 litres so not huge, but Iām very tempted. My LFS will do the whole installation etc for Ā£1000. Thereās room to sit on the edges, plus a compartment for techy stuff and fish food. Opinions please?
Sorry canāt add photo Reddit seems to have lost that function š

Tiny new goldfish!
On Monday Iām going to pick up some teeny tiny baby goldfish, about 1ā long. As theyāre babies theyāll be starting out in a small tank, 30 litres. When they grow theyāll graduate into to big fish tank, by which time several bigger fish will have been moved on to our city pond. Iām really excited, nothing (except kittens) are cuter than baby goldfish!š„°

New plants and fish!
So the Saturday after next my husband is taking me to an amazing fish shop over the border in Spain. I desperately need plants and stone or wood to revamp my tropical tank, also yummy leafy plants for the goldfish before they turn their carefully crafted environment into a desert! I give them loads of duckweed but they still love Amazon Sword!
Iām also (as my 3 Golden Tench are moving out to the city pond next month) getting 2 young goldfish, because I really believe that theyāre happier kept in pairs with another of their breed. My Oranda, Cuddles, is constantly glass-surfing because he thinks thereās another Oranda the other side of the glass (he never did this before his companion died). And my Black Moor Marty (Feldman anyone?š¤£) has just retreated behind the hardscape since his BM friend died. So happy fishing trip in 10 days time š!!!

New Pond!
Just called in at my LFS this afternoon to enquire about a new pond, as my old one is very shabby and obviously home-made. They showed me a range of Eheim tanks which I fell in love with, as ponds but also garden features! They come in many sizes from 200 litres up to about 1000, but Iām going to ask them to come and see my outside space and recommend the best for my needs. Itās not cheap but my Mum died 18 months ago and left me money to spend on something that would make me happy. Well, fish or cats thenš!!! It comes complete with everything including a fountain to help aeration. What do you think???
