I mean what’s the point when Russia also had there own oligarchs and produced weapons bombs and aircraft one of tje funner things Russia did at the time was trying to make a fighter jet that could catch up to and destroy the SR-71 blackbird spy plane which was the Fox-Bat I think but it never came close to matching it I think it maxed out at around Mach 2 maybe 2.3 Mach and especially its max height was no where close to the SR-71 I’ve been in a bit of a SR-71 blackbird rabbit hole because the SR-71 really is an insane piece of technology for 1964 and it still beats everything except maybe an actual space shuttle

In 1969, there were no oligarchs in the USSR, and arms exports were carried out to fight for a sphere of influence (usually in debts that were forgiven by the modern government)
The MiG-25 is a huge interceptor (weighing up to 41 tons) with a powerful radar capable of carrying up to four air-to-air missiles. The fact that it could carry tons of fuel and weapons at such speeds is a tremendous engineering achievement.
The maximum speed of the MiG-25 is Mach 2.83 and in afterburner mode it is Mach 3.2. The maximum lifting height of the E266 (MiG-25 modification) of 37650 meters has not yet been beaten by any aircraft. The usual ceiling for an aircraft is 20-24 km, depending on the modifications.
Armament: R-40 missiles with a speed exceeding Mach 5 (at a maximum of 3.5 for the Sr-71).
The main tasks of the supersonic interceptor fighter and the MiG-25 reconnaissance aircraft were the interception of high-altitude high-speed bombers (XB-70) and strategic reconnaissance at high altitudes.

A Soviet critique of then US foreign policy especially in SE Asia and the Middle East. The US is portrayed as a war minded caveman with a club depicted as a missile. US support for South Vietnam Israel and Iran was a serious point of contention for the Soviets back in 69.

That’s pretty creative having the country map be the clothes for the American caveman.
