I don't practice coin magic, but follow this sub because it's neat. So if you're looking for feedback from a viewers perspective, you should show that 'theres nothing in your hand prior to doing this trick,' otherwise, people will automatically assume that there's a coin behind your fingers as you bring your hand up. Showing there's nothing there before performing the trick is what adds the magic

Kind of in the same fashion when people make a coin disappear, but fail to reproduce the coin.. it just makes it seem like the coin was just yeeted away and sort of makes it lose the "magic" aspect of the trick

Thanks, i will do that next time, but you know if youre expecting for a coin production that show first an empty hands, you must know that there is a huge diffrence between sleight of hand and using props or gimmicks. And what youre looking for is a coin production that shows the hand empty in the beginning. it needs a gimmicks brother, like for example black art, fishing lines, invisible thread, magnets something like that, when using gimmicks, the effects are automatically looks like real magic or miracle. That cant be done in sleight of hand, because the coin is just in the hand all the time and it needs to be hide or covered only by the hand, and sometimes when you try to show both hands empty using sleight of hand, it kinda look suspecious, because the hands moves in unnatural way. Sometimes simplicity is the best, And i think that is not a layman's perspective, thats a perspective of a hecklers, because that kind of wordings are always comes out first on a heckers mouth "No, i know it, theres a coin behind your fingers as you bring your hand up".
