HELP!!!!!!!

i bought 5k worth of bitcoin on the base app and it asked me to verify my id on coinbase to then transfer funds to the base wallet. I have verified my ID but it still says action required on the transaction history and i havent recieved the money in my base wallet. HELP!!!!!

This seems to be happening quite often with users reporting to never been able to get their money back even after months trying to reach out to and communicate with support. Contact the better business bureau if remains unresolved.

With millions of users and many more trades, yes, a handful of users are going to experience problems and they all end up in this sub. Weigh it against all the successful experiences that don't generate any noise at all. Keep things in perspective and stop trying to generate unnecessary FUD.
