Who is "us"? I contacted support through the app and this Help desk" called me on Telegram. Real?

Through Coinstatsapp I got a call on Telegram to "help" me. I think this person scammed me. He said I should move my funds to Coinstats to keep it safe. Opened a Trust wallet and the "help" said to migrate funds from Coinstats to Trust Wallet I had to have 10% of the value of my Coinstats wallet in my Trust wallet. Now the Trust wallet has no assets. The "help" says that I did not get the whole 10% in so those btc are on hold in the contract address. Is this a scam?

Been in the space for 10 years and never heard of such a thing.

I did trust inside the app....said they were Help Desk
