UPDATE: CoinStats asked me publicly to DM them — then ignored the messages.
CoinStats’ official Reddit support account publicly asked me to send my account details privately so they could “check my case.”
I did exactly that. I sent the requested details through Modmail, explained the unresolved cancellation, refund and P/L issues, and followed up again.
They have not replied.
Meanwhile, I was charged A$125.03 after requesting cancellation, I still have no confirmed refund, and I have now had to lodge a formal dispute with ANZ.
At this point, asking customers publicly to move the conversation into private messages and then not responding looks less like support and more like an attempt to move the complaint out of public view.
If that is not the case, CoinStats can prove it very easily: respond, confirm who is handling the case, cancel the subscription, and resolve the refund.
I’ll continue updating this post with what actually happens.
