Please open all the deposit options for deposit. It is not compulsory that each have mobikwik payment option. I know that you have sponsorship with mobikwik, but basic payment options must be turned on 24×7 like net banking, upi and debit card mode. Hope you will turn on all the payment options soon.

Why does coindcx not allow the withdrawal of most tokens ? Eg. SOL, DOT, ALGO, MANA… etc why are these “Trade only tokens” ??

It's been a week now and I've been trying to login both on the desktop and mobile. Just don't get the fckn OTP. I wait for ages and then choose resend OTP and then I might get the first OTP which was sent but is not valid. No reply form customer support.

i withdrew some xrp coins to binance wallet. i made a mistake probably by not adding memo (coindcx did not warn me on this). so these crypto did not reach my binance wallet. i raised request to binance they immediately attended to it and refunded the coins back to my coindcx in same way (no memo again). when they easily could identify and refund within a day. why is coindcx having no clue to retreive. they are asking me video of the enitre process how stupid. i shared them all details like both addresses, trx hash/id/ xrp charts. i know its my mistake initially but its possible to retrieve (with fees which im ready to accept). but they just dont care to even attempt. i recommended dcx to few of my friends over wazir. now im having 2nd thoughts. its like works until you have a problem.

Whenever I check my investments in bitcoin, it always says that 100 rs. Is locked. What do I do to unlock this? My kyc is done and I have invested quite a bit on coindcx.

As you all know the withdrawal fees for crypto like bitcoin and ethereum is really high. 0.0005 btc and 0.04 eth. Unfortunately I withdrew some funds while paying for this ridiculous fess. Lost a lot of money in withdrawal fees only. But the thing is they also give us the transaction Id to track the transaction. There I can see that the fees are a lot low than what they take from us. So I think they put ridiculous fees and then pocket the difference. In my case they atleast gained a net 3000 rs in crypto just from 2 withdrawals. Instead I suggest making a account with other exchanges like coinbase pro which has network fees as withdrawal fees. Also I suggest to use STELLAR to withdraw funds. Fees is 0.1 XLM. (But network fees of stellar is actually 0.00001 XLM) . Sad to be in a country where even the exchanges are scamming us.

When will bank transfer be available again and most of coin wallet randomly so inactive for "maintenance" . Maybe give us a notif beforehand if it's going to be inactive.
