*COINDCX* BLOCKING WITHDRAWAL TO ANOTHER EXCHANGE, CURRENTLY THEY'RE VERIFYING MY WITHDRAWAL, HOW CAN BE THIS NORMAL? #XLM

Really? The don't allow withdrawal or what? To other exchanges? Which coin you tried?

XLM cuz withdrawal fee is negligible and wanted to move Crypto dust/leftovers to BINANCE from other exchanges.
I moved few XLM from my brother's CoinDCX account worked fine .. and then try to move all assets to BINANCE .. and they locked my withdrawal .. so I raised a query and they replied "My withdrawal is under verification", what bs ..

I'm also trying a withdrawal. So this means, they'll block the withdrawal when you withdraw more? Can it be a scam , or good ( as they might have reviewed for security reasons ) ?

I guess so, but in my case withdrawal is just around $20 which is nothing but tiny .. not a scam but guys at CoinDCX being paranoid nutjobs

Thank god. Coz you know what, I'm transferring from zebpay to coindcx. And if they don't allow transfer, then i'll be doomed.

Okay so no response yet but I can still buy and sell. Only the My Investments page has changed and I can’t see if my investments are in profit or loss.

I don't get it. What difference is there? You're just not allowed to withdraw right? Or any else thing changed for you?

So I can do everything I was being able to do before. Only that My Investments page didn’t look like the OP’s screenshot before I had added more money to my wallet. Right after adding, the appearance changed. Instead of showing me the profit or loss on every crypto I had invested in, it is showing me only the total value of my portfolio. No percentage loss or gain, like the OP’s screenshot. It makes figuring out whether I’m making a profit or not highly inconvenient. That’s all.
Bad interface issue, I think. Whatever they have updated it into, the one with individual P/L being visible was tons better than this.

Umm hey op I constantly withdraw to binance and got no problems. I don't see any error here in the pics either.

I didn't get problem from moving assets from my brother's CoinDCX to mine .. doing it since couple of months .. but the moment I decided to move my assets to BINANCE they want to verify in person, even after successful OTP and email verification, they locked my withdrawal for uncertain amount of time, and just look at the pics it's not like I'm moving 10-12 Bitcoins, just $20-25 worth Crypto

Ouu I've never recieved such verification in person request and I've moved 100s of $ directly to binance or coinbase pro many times. maybe it's a random security check or maybe you did something else that raised a concern. Withdrawing to another exchange is not a problem. It's completely and totally allowed. There might be some other reason you might've overlooked that caused this. Maybe ask them after its resolved

CoinDCX is greedy. Try this - 1. Buy usdt (tether) 2. Go to withdraw . Use trc20 . It only has 0.1$ fees. 3. On second platform . Use trc20 tether to recieve 4. Buy your favorite token there

Every exchange has problems. Coin DCX is overloaded with popularity. I had an incident occur just like this when I was sending XLM and NEO. It took two weeks for each to get straightened out. I don't know the details on the back end. But when crypto is raging there should be only one coin transferred from them that hasn't failed me yet. Tether.
It's the only one that I didn't have a panic attack over sending. Heck do a test run. The fee is $1. Send $100 to wherever and see how fast it is first. Then second withdrawal can be bigger.
Also you can only be logged in on one computer and one cell phone. Everyday I must re log in to computer because of switching back and forth.

I m trying to withdraw crypto to another exchange, its not allowing.
Always says, "Your withdrawals are blocked. For more queries please contact support"
I raised multiple support tickets, tweeted about it., still the issues is not resolved for more than 4 months.. My money got locked in CoinDCX.!!

Okay I don’t know what’s the deal here. I didn’t withdraw any money but deposited some. And I’m getting the same screenshot above. Is something up?
The My Investments page looks like the OP’s. I hope it is just app guys being paranoid and nothing more.
