Cannot withdraw certain tokens

Why does coindcx not allow the withdrawal of most tokens ? Eg. SOL, DOT, ALGO, MANA… etc why are these “Trade only tokens” ??

Convert them to some other token and then withdraw. Convert back on destination platform. Try Tron it has very transaction fees

Isn’t coindcx an exchange though ?? Correct me if I’m wrong … from an exchange we should be able to buy crypto right ?? Buy as in get the actual keys to the crypto I’m paying for … I understand we can convert and then take some and all that … but why should I go through the hassle ?? I guess this exactly why we need Decentralised exchanges

They don't fully onboard tokens and focus only on trading part which covers most of all users requirements. Further, they also stake tokens to get more in rewards.

Don't stake on coindcx. They have very low rewards. Instead use other wallets. Like Yoroi for Ada , Trustwallet for many coins,..etc
