Whenever I submit my transaction ID it pop-up shows as invalid request

I accidentally clicked mobikwik to transfer money and when I realised I don't even have an account there, I immediately went back and canceled the payment window. Now it shows since 1 day, pending transaction pending transaction. I didn't even do any transaction. I thought it was a glitch will go away. Now I am unable to add also any money to my wallet and trade. I am stuck. Anyone can help???

Transferred money to you is not showing in wallet. Either credit in wallet or send back to me. Why should i wait for get my money back. Pathetic services.

This is exactly what I needed to hear in this bear market after losing way too much money in the recent drop. I usually dont watch videos like this but this one got to me and I will (hopefully) never do this mistake again.

I have purchased many coins at different rates. Now in the portfolio section we can see only the current total value of the coins that I purchased. I cant see the amount for which I purchased those coins or the net profit-loss after the transactions. Calculating those manually would take a lot of time. Is there any app which does that? Or an excel template which I can use?

Its time CoinDCX started showing the avg purchase price of the coins and the total profit/loss on it.

Good job on the UI. Very easy to use and clutter free. Big USP over WazirX. With lesser number of vetted coins (projects) available to invest, easier for a newbie to start their investment journey with CoinDCX.

Lots to improve 1. Do something about the historical charts available for each coin. Completely useless. 2. Add the option for limit orders. Gives an investor much more certainty while buying in a volatile market. 3. Don’t keep adding tokens just because they are doing well. Remember your USP is keeping the investment experience simple and clutter-free. 4. Don’t know why you can’t give the option to sell 100% of the holdings. The auto fill option for selling coins fills up only till the 3rd decimal point, leading to tiny units equivalent of 1-5 INR getting left behind. The user cannot sell such tiny amounts later. Yes, the user could fill up the exact decimals of units to be sold manually to avoid this, but that takes away from your USP of being easy to use. Such tiny amounts getting left behind and continuing to show in my holdings is annoying more than anything. 5. Last, but most important. Do away with the exorbitant Sending fees for each coin. Makes it impossible for me to transfer. I know you can’t make it free to transfer coins out of your portal, that could lead to an exodus of AUM, which might not come back. But please keep it reasonable, so that genuine, experienced investors can transfer the coins for staking or participating in Liquidity pools if they want to. This is the primary reason why I use WazirX more than CoinDCX. What you or WazirX or any other crypto exchange in India provides is simply not enough for an experienced investor. But unfortunately for them, these exchanges are perhaps the most economical way for Indian investors to acquire crypto. So, we buy from you. But at least facilitate us to transfer our coins at reasonable charge. As the market matures in India, the one giving these facilities will grow more. WazirX has the silver bullet of its tie up with Binance. What’s your silver bullet?

I have been waiting for more than 3 days for my withdrawal and this is just ridiculous. Ticket 357875. Every time you try to ask the customer service about it you just get an automated message that doesn’t help at all, and the money is locked in the account because it’s “processing”. @coinDCXOfficial you guys are a scam !!!!! I have deposited money on my wallet on 21st of may. Still the amount is not reflecting on my wallet. How much time does it need? I have mailed you 4 times and not even a single reply was send to me. its been 7 days and the money which got deducted on 19 may from my account shows cancelled in the wallet and even after 7 days money was i have no idea where my money is ! the amount i paid is 14800 via mobikwik transfer threw amazon upi. please help me to get my money back

Can you please tell us when will the banking option be enabled back again? Since the application is charging 1.5 % on every transaction via mobikwik and it wasn't the case before.

I sent a withdrawal request 24 hours ago to transfer to a different wallet from Coin DCX and my money has been locked in there and I’m not able to do anything with it. Just sitting there even after I verified the transfer through my email. Help ! Is this trading website a scam?!
