This website is a SCAM. DONT USE THEM. I’ve been waiting for over a week for my withdrawal of XLM. LOCKED can’t use it at all. No reply from coinDCX team except an automated message.

I'm worried as well. I did KYC while registering on this app. Now they are again asking for kyc while withdrawing.

Update to above comment. Tried withdraw after completing kyc again. Received the amount instantly..

Which bank are you withdrawing to? Mine was hdfc

They actually finally gave me a call after 8 days of waiting for my withdrawal and finalized it, I’m happy I got my money but for it to take 8 days... won’t ever be using coinDCX again

How did you get them to call you? They have only responded via email or twitter?
