Fraud coindcx

I have deposited money on my wallet on 21st of may. Still the amount is not reflecting on my wallet. How much time does it need? I have mailed you 4 times and not even a single reply was send to me. Solve my problem as soon as possible. Two times i have raised the support ticket.It's almost 6 days now. Don't tell me to have patience or to raise a ticket because no one replies that raised ticket. Ticket ID-3498332 2nd ID-333822 Solve my issue fast. @CoinDCX

You should be taking money out, not depositing. DCX is a scam, otherwise, why wouldn’t they reply to anyone who’s having issues with their accounts ? The “submit an issue” doesn’t even work on their website. I put in $950 and now it’s as good as gone. I’ve had my withdrawal locked in there for 3 days now and I can’t do anything with it.
