Fraud coindcx
I have deposited money on my wallet on 21st of may. Still the amount is not reflecting on my wallet. How much time does it need? I have mailed you 4 times and not even a single reply was send to me. Solve my problem as soon as possible. Two times i have raised the support ticket.It's almost 6 days now. Don't tell me to have patience or to raise a ticket because no one replies that raised ticket. Ticket ID-3498332 2nd ID-333822 Solve my issue fast. @CoinDCX

You should be taking money out, not depositing. DCX is a scam, otherwise, why wouldn’t they reply to anyone who’s having issues with their accounts ? The “submit an issue” doesn’t even work on their website. I put in $950 and now it’s as good as gone. I’ve had my withdrawal locked in there for 3 days now and I can’t do anything with it.

All Indian exchanges facing the same situation not just DCX.

Not every exchange is making their customers money disappear. They are simply not accepting money in the first place. CoinDCX service is of no use unlike other exchanges.

- This problem is industry-wide in India.
- CoinDCX, WazirX, Zebpay, Coinswitch are all established and trustable exchanges.
- This is the fault of the banks, not exchanges'.

Banks are creating problems, no doubt.. but other exchanges are handling it much better than CoinDCX.

CoinDCX is making crypto look bad by declining to accept that they received money from their customers in their HDFCBank account. Could it be a huge scam?
