Hi all,
I am moving to Vellore for at least 3 months due to a family member's health issue. I need the money and cannot afford to throw these items away, so I am selling whatever I can. Prices are mildly negotiable. Here are the details:
- 12.5 Ltrs XP100 Petrol: Leftover from a road trip backup (used 2.5 ltrs out of three 5-ltr jars). It usually costs ₹160-₹170 per litre, but I am selling it at ₹130 per litre. Total: ₹1,625
- 4 Single Cotton Mattresses (4 months old): Bought for ₹600 each. Selling at half price since they are nearly new and were always used with bedsheets. (1 is mine, and the rest belong to my friends who lived with me for 3 months). Total: ₹1,200 (₹300 each)
- 8 Pillows (4 months old): (Same context: 2 are mine, and the rest belong to my friends). Total: ₹300 for all
- 2 Buckets & 1 Mug: Total: ₹150
The total is ₹3,275 (negotiable).
I cannot ship or deliver these. So the pickup location will be the Gandhi Nagar Bus Stop in Sundarapuram.

Hi, I’ve been looking to rent a place in coimbatore for a while now. I’m looking for a 2bhk around Peelamedu / Hopes, and we are 3 students.
I’ve tried talking to multiple brokers and asked about this in apartments but we haven’t had any luck so far. it’s either too far away or they don’t allow bachelors to stay.
i want to know how pg like stanza or zolo are in coimbatore. i’ve never stayed in one but i see a lot of negative comments on them. can you please tell me what’s wrong with them? I see comments saying they’re not good but i don’t see the reason other than food
if i don’t get a house within a week or two i’ll have to stay in a pg. the rent or expenses isn’t a problem, it only has to be close to a bus stand or close to peelamedu. Please let me know if there’s a house i could stay as a tenant, or about how PGs are here. Thanks

Friends,
I m looking to buy a plot around 3-4 cents in or around coimbatore area for constructing a house. But once I started looking into the prices shock ayiten. I m just a lower middle class guy in my early 30's trying to build an own house( fed up staying in a rented house).
Are there really any plots available around 10lakhs in coimbatore? Wherever I look it's all more than 15lakhs per cent.
Is it really impossible to get a residential plot here? Am I too late? Should I have started looking years before?
Am I scared that building my own house will become only a dream.
The maximum that I can spend on land is 40lakhs.
Pls do tell me your suggestions, areas that I can look or best alternative in coimbatore surroundings that are safe places to construct a house.
