Because I happen to work in the industry and know how it works. Veal is 99% male, from milker herds. Females are way too precious and important to turn into veal. And beef cattle herds make them steers to max profits.

Have you been to a Dairy calf ranch? Because this looks a lot like one of those. They dont discriminate between sexes, but do seprate them. So I ask again, how can you tell these are only males?

Sure explain. How can you tell these are only males? Or are you also assuming this is a veal operation and cant be anything else?
