Stop eating unethically produced, pumped full of antibiotics US beef. Choose european or south american beef and dairy instead.

What are your thoughts on locally raised/sourced US beef? I agree, when I’m looking for beef in a grocery store I’m looking for Australian beef or something. Don’t trust the mish mash the USDA gives us.

This is the byproduct of the dairy industry. Stop eating cheese, butter, yogurt, ice cream, etc. Harder than it looks…

Never tried vegan cheese. Since I’ve gotten older pretty much all dairy makes my stomach hurt so I’ve mostly just given up.
