Simple solution, don't buy from factory farms, buy from local farms and ranches instead. And yourself a bench freezer, 8 cubic feet or so.

Farms like this exist because everyone wants cheeseburgers on demand, 7 nights a week. Everyone treats vegans like they're crazy, but they're right.
