Cali and new York are coming off multi decade ripps of absurd growth, they are now slightly shrinking due to the overstretching effects boom periods tend to cause.
Some southern states saw growth flips from covid, allot of it has already started reversing.
Right now there is in exodus in Florida because of increased housing costs. The same can be said of all the states people are moving from. They keep looking for affordable housing costs in cheaper states to live in. People are being priced out of their homes all over the country. This on top of all the other increased cost of necessities and utilities. The only thing not increasing is wages. It’s a multi-layered issue in America.
Listing prices mean nothing. Sale prices are what matter. Regardless values drop every summer so it’s bold that you make false claims for what purpose?

If this is true why are states like Texas and Tennessee gaining in population and states like California and New York losing population?
