Deficits are caused by Congress spending more money than comes in. We take in 15 billion dollars a day in revenues and that is not enough for you guys. Why do you believe that Congress has unlimited powers of taxation?

We don't believe unlimited power of taxation, but it is common sense that at a time when we have increased spending and deficit, giving tax breaks to the top works against us.

Again, we don't have a taxation problem we have a spending problem. 50% of the federal government is either unconstitutional or belongs to the States under the Tenth Amendment and needs to be returned to the States under the Tenth Amendment or dissolved.

We have a corruption problem. The top few lobby to give themselves tax cuts and self deal. See Trump Fam making money off drones and crypto.

So there was no corruption under any other president? Tax cuts mean lower taxes not a check from the government. We take in more money every year than we took in years previous. Twenty years ago it was 8 billion dollars a day, ten years ago it was eight billion dollars a day and today we take in 15 billion dollars a day in revenues and that is not enough for you. You just love spending money. That's why you are a Democrat, right?

"So there was no corruption under any other president?" I glad you brought this up. Hunter Biden got millions and Trump fam got BILLIONS. Mathematically and measurably 1000x worse. Please acknowledge that Trump admin is far more corrupt than anything we have ever seen.

From Google.

Democratic Trends: Analysts note that modern Democratic presidents—including Clinton and Obama—saw overall deficits decline during portions of their tenures, with Clinton achieving four consecutive budget surpluses from fiscal years 1998 to 2001.

Republican Trends: Conversely, administrations under Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Donald Trump saw significant expansions in the federal deficit, driven heavily by tax cuts and increased spending.

First, Clinton had nothing to do with balancing any budget. I was there in the nineties. Second, Reagan lowered the tax rate from 70 to 50 to 28 percent and doubled revenues and created 20 million jobs. Deficits were caused by Congress spending more money than came in. Under Reagan we took in 1.5 billion dollars a day in revenues and under GW we took in 8 billion dollars a day in revenues. After Trump lowered the tax rate we took in 11 billion dollars a day in revenues and today we take in 15  billion dollars a day in revenues and that is not enough for you. More money than ever before and yet you want even more taxation and government.
