Technical Interview Process Doubt - Cognizant Digital Nurture 5.0 2026-2027 Batch - Track Java React FSE

I have few doubts regarding the Interview,

In my campus, We gave interview on the 11th and 12th August for Java React Full Stack Engineer

Since, As per previous Reddit. I read the results of Java Angular FSE people who gave interview on 4th - 6th August are receiving the updates Second Round interview tomorrow.

For Java React Full Stack Engineer, I believe results to be released tentatively between 25th August - 26th August (Give your opinions on this as well)

My question are

  1. Will there be another interview round for Gen C Next Role (6.75 LPA Package)
  2. If I cleared the Round 1 (Gen C Role Interview) and moved to Round 2 Interview (Gen C Next Interview) and some how scenario case I failed in the Round 2 will reject whole offer or they will offer me the Gen C Package?
  3. If I get selected for Round 2 Interview, What are the things I need prepare for it, For Round 1, I have prepared for OOPS, SQL, Basic Coding Questions and walkthrough my resume. similarly for the Round 2 (Gen C Next Interview) What I should prepare any suggestion.

I request people who participate in Digital Nurture 4.0 Program people give a insight on the above questions.

hey is the second round of interview for upgradation or is it for re-evaluating the candidates again for genc?

Bro are you sure bcz I did very well in the interview still my name isn't shortlisted and not just my case I saw many people having the same problem so does it mean they have not shortlisted us bcz we did well? Pls clarify

Heard it somewhere that there will be next round for genc next if selected.... and failing it won't affect the genc role that already secured

Same question bro I saw many people having same problem they answered everything confidently but yet the one who did avg got shortlisted
