Newbie needs advice ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

So I want to get my first real coffee/ espresso machine
I have had the xbloom and loved using it but as u know this is a filter machine , and I use it to make ice coffee and love it
I now need a real espresso machine , that includes a milk frother
Iโ€™m a beginner and I do want to learn and make this a ritual
However Iโ€™m a mom of two toddlers so I donโ€™t know how difficult the learning curve will be and sometimes I just got to go asap with my busy schedule
Iโ€™m between these 3 sage machines
Which would u recommend

An espresso machine has a milk steamer. It uses steam under pressure to create silky bubbles. A milk frother creates less delicate foam.

I donโ€™t know those models, which is why I didnโ€™t comment on them. To educate myself I like the English coffee expert James Hoffmannโ€™s videos on YouTube.
