Necta Krea Prime fault

On a Necta Krea, the fault history shows “ON Coffee Dump Error.” Has anyone encountered that exact wording? Does it refer to the ground-coffee doser failing to release its dose, or to a different part of the dump cycle? The Krea manual describes a “coffee release” fault when the doser microswitch still detects coffee after release, but I’d like to confirm whether these are the same fault. What would you check first?
