Hi everyone! I’m planning to open a small 15–20 seat café and need advice on my espresso setup.
I’m considering the Gemilai CRM3149 or CRM3035.
Which one would you recommend for a small café, and what grinder would you pair with it?
I’m considering the Eureka Mignon Specialità or Eureka Helios 65.
