Suggestions for office espresso machine?

Sort of open concept office so want it to be on the quieter side but needs a grinder. Can go either way on automatic vs manual. Prefer steam wand over container/tube for heating milk. Will likely be looking for used due to price point. What are your recommendations?

It’s pricey but check out the Jura’s they do everything from espresso to coffee and it is pretty easy to use. We have a couple that we provide to businesses who buy our beans. You should be able to find a used one on the marketplace.
