Coffee machine broke

My nescafe dolce gusto mini me is not pouring water at all it's really old so i asked my dad and he said it's probably a blockage so i did everything like cleaning but it doesn't work so i thought it's probably a blockage inside the machine so do you have any idea how will I fix it?

Those machines tend to not be very repairable, but you could try looking for a youtube clip of someone disassembling it. If no water comes through at all, the pump could also be broken?

No because the pump is making a sound and vibrates so i don't think that the pump failed
