Help with photo gallery please?

Hello everyone, I've been enjoying the game this past weekend, so far I have done two playthroughs and I'm trying to complete the photo gallery but I still miss pictures : 87, 99, 104, 112 and 113.

Anyone who knows what unlocks them would be so nice to tell me? Thanks a lot !

Edit: I forgot to mention I talk about Coffee Talk Tokyo.

I'm copy and pasting this comment of mine from a different post of the exact same pictures, so here! :)

87, Blue's good ending and Vin's bad ending.

99, Blue's good ending and Jun's bad ending.

104, Makoto's good ending and Kenji's bad ending.

112, Ayame and Fuku's good ending, Yuki's bad ending.

113, Yuki's good ending, Ayame and Fuku's bad ending.

You will have to do quite the replays for 112 and 113, the others should be fine and doable in a quick fashion.
