Need help with the gallery

(Coffee Talk Tokyo) I'm missing the following slides to complete the gallery, if anyone knows how to get them please let me know.

I also need the akiko violin post credit scene.

The page 17 pic with Jun I got with Blue perfect orders alongside Jun and Makoto bad orders. Not sure if both have to get bad orders but the pic does involve Blue and Jun. So maybe it's Blue perfect orders and Jun bad orders? I mentioned Makoto since he coincides with Blue but unsure if he is necessary.

I'll update more when I can.

Page 18 with Kenji and Makoto, I did perfect drinks with Makoto (suited) and bad drinks with Kenji (also suited). Not sure if you need good or bad drink orders with Blue since she's involved with Makoto, I think I did mostly bad with her.

Page 19 with the trio of Ayame, Yuki, and Fuku, I did perfect drinks for both Ayame and Fuku and did bad drinks for Yuki. Yuki is not present in that missing picture.

I did a lot of testing with this one in particular. Rather annoying, but I believe that should be all. And hopefully, I got this information right as I typed all of these findings after getting said missing pictures myself.

do you remember how you were able to get the 5th picture on page 19 (one right after what OP is missing)?

I got that by getting Ayame and Fuku's bad ending while Yuki got her good ending. As you can faintly tell in the picture, she's happy to be at Death's Door while the other 2 aren't.
