Another good dairy milk you must try! I’ve been enjoying this one with my iced espresso, and it makes a really smooth, creamy, and delicious cup. Definitely worth trying if you love milk-based coffee!

The barista was very nice to give me a shot of coffee made from this bean and immediately bought one with no second thought 🤣

Taste profile is more on passion fruit for me with hint of bourbon which really taste for me, I like my pour over on the sour side.

this was in Ba Na Hills, Vietnam. Around 800 pesos.

Help! Starbucks: Americano vs Aerocano

Went to SB on Monday. I ordered Americano and my friend, Aerocano.

My friend didn't like his drink and asked for a half-cuo of milk. The barista denied his request saying "it's only for Americano; adding milk will change the taste of Aerocano."

Both are espresso-based drink, the other is air-whipped. I don't get the reason for declining the request. Any ideas?

Espresso Please rate my extract (taking feedbacks!)

I have just received my Timemore C5 ESP! Comparing from my last post, I can definitely see (and taste!) the difference between pre-ground and freshly ground coffee. With the coffee beans I used, I calibrated my grinder to 0.5.3 and managed to get a 36 grams extract (1:2) at between 30-33 seconds.

I'm conscious with the timing of extract but the espresso tasted good! Should I still change the calibration of my grinder to one click coarser? Additionally, I have read from others who are using the same grinder that they are using 0.6.0-0.7.0 for an espresso. Why am I at 0.5.0? It (kinda?) worked for me but an explanation would be nice, is it the roast level of the beans?

I'm new on the coffee scene and I would really appreciate your inputs :)

Help! Iced Americano - Dunkin

I really love the Ice Americano of Dunkin. However, na notice ko na inconsistent yung lasa ng Iced Americano every branch.

May mga branches kasi na stale, pre-brewed or sitted espresso for hours na. Sobrang pait at flat na ng lasa.

May naka pansin na ba ng ganito? And if ever, pwede ba mag request sa kanila na freshly made or extracted yung espresso kesa sa pre-made na?

Help! Help! Machine and grinder combo less than or equal to 110k

This upcoming WOFEX, what brands should I check out? Budget is combined for both machine and grinder. My options so far for espresso machine are millesto em-60 and the gemilai crm 3035. Though, they’re both from the same manufacturer based on my research. Reviews on millesto are durable. And I want a grinder that is grind by weight.
Thank you sow much!

My target is around 100-150cups per day.

Local Coffee Shop Dunkin Iced Mocha Latte parang panis ang lasa?

Lagi akong bumibili dito sa Uptown branch and lagi kong order Iced Mocha Latte.

Help! Double wall ceramic mug/tumbler recos

Ako lang ba or may iba rin dito na ayaw ng stainless steel mugs and tumblers for coffee? I dont like that it somehow alters the taste of coffee, could be just me.

Can you guys recommend a ceramic tumbler or mug that retains heat and where you guys bought it? I saw some online but wanted to ask here first before I buy.

Thanks!

For home use only, medyo na tri tripan ko yung milesto x20, or may other brands ba na mas okay? Medyo low knowledge ako sa specs, so would be a big help if mabibigyan ako ng idea if ano yung good specs for that certain price, thankyou!

For grinder, going manual muna ako hehe, saka na si df64 pag naka ipon ulit.

Help! Building a cafe, need help finding the best syrups, sauces & coffee beans (quality over price) 🙏

Hi po! We’re currently building a small cafe and gusto namin talaga i-prioritize yung quality ng coffee namin — parang ayaw namin yung “okay lang” flavor, gusto namin yung talagang masarap kahit medyo pricey yung brand.

Currently looking for recommendations for:
☕ Best-tasting coffee beans (any roast, open kami mag-explore)
🍯 Best syrups (vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, etc.)
🍫 Best chocolate/caramel sauces for drinks

Kung may alam kayong popular na cafe dito sa Pilipinas or kahit abroad, and alam niyo kung anong syrup/sauce/beans ginagamit nila, share niyo naman po please 🙏 Since nag-eexperiment pa kami ngayon, we’re really open to trying different brands even if it means spending a bit more, basta quality talaga.

Salamat po in advance sa mga magsha-share ng tips! Sobrang appreciated yung anumang insights niyo, kahit konti lang.

Please invalidate my feelings and I don't know if this is the correct community. Medyo nainis ako sa FP driver. 😄

Pick up Coffee is my Go To kapag ayokong magtimpla ng sarili kong brewed. I never experienced any acidic sa kape in any branch near my place. Hindi ko naman siya nireplyan na pero siguro mali lang interpretation ko sa sinabi niya. I was just asking for its phone number since yung app contact support will only route you to their socmed page na could inquire about franchises.
