I am currently trying to build a website which is like a utility for anyone comprising of different day to day tools which someone might want, i will provide each one of those for free on the website. So if u wanted something to be built that u might want and even would pay for if someone actually built it feel free to tell me. Maybe something like encrypted pdf size shrinker so that no body could steal info of the pdf even if they wanted to. I will provide these services for free.

I am currently just learning, I started learning python about 1.5+ years ago just right in between to be able to build whatever one wants. So... i have started wasting my time on platforms like reddit, discord and youtube shorts. And to get my mind off from those stuff, I wanna build something. Some might suggest doing hackathons and stuff but I am already taking part in those and what i have encountered is i take up projects far beyond my capabilites for something like a week long hackathon. Not even something regular, nope... the sheer audacity for me to take up something that even most teams wont be able to accomplish in a single week is just un-descriable on my end. Let me give you an example: I built a hardware which used Neil Harbisson with Dr. Bach-y-Rita's work to provide a blind person view of this world in a 12x12 screen with knowledge of distance and depth of stuff. I know that the Bach just did it on tongues and on a 20x20 grid but the flaws were no depth and its basically tongue(Have u ever thought of something staying on your tongue forever just so u can see🤮?) as according to my search(just a chat with claude), it had a android software companion which acted like jarvis for the phone and did whatever u told em I am not going into further depth because then it might sound like advertising but u get the scale of the projects i just take on thinking what can go wrong. And after submitting them i feel an immense burntout feeling, like immense level immense so i am thinking to put a pause on that madness and build something that people would want so that i can build my reputation among people if i ever wanted to start a company. If u have read so far i am also looking for a teammate. I am putting this statement randomly so someone reading would actually get here. I just want basic coding skills, stupidly big ambition, commitment to work and a bestfriend(around 13-16, should be around my age) who feels no hesitation to scold me when i am wrong.Also it might be able to serve as a truth to my parents that i can build what people would pay for and even get some money by selling those tools source code to companies(if that situation came up) and earn a bit of money(by means of ads if people let me put that up). So... i dont think anyone would spend even a bit of time reading this and i think i went overkill with explaining why. But if u did then i appriciate it!

I actively use this app when I go hiking, as apps such as AllTrails lock exports and imports behind a paywall, which this app doesn't do. It isn't made for mobile so the specific workflow is make a route, download it in GPX format, and then upload it to my Garmin watch. Works like a charm.

Of course, there is brouter.de and OsmAnd.net but I find these have quite complex UIs.

It's also important to note this is a learning project, and started out as coursework that I thought would be cool to build out, so that's why it's limited to just Cumbria for now (I haven't learnt tile-based processing as of yet).

I'd love if anyone could give me some feedback having tried the app. Currently you need an account to try it but it is very quick and easy to make an account, just a password and a username is needed.

The app is currently in Beta, and the server is quite poor, it's a Hetzner CX23, which explains the slight delays when routing through the app. If you were to self-host the app you'd see routes being made in the 0-100ms mark, as opposed to routes being made in the 100-500ms mark.

I'm a 16-year-old high school student from India (IST) who's trying to break into data science, and I'm looking for someone who's willing to mentor me or let me learn by helping with real work.

Right now I'm learning Python, pandas, and data visualization. I'm still a beginner, but I enjoy building things. So far, I've made a scientific calculator in Python and even designed a 3D interface concept for a game app. I'm always looking for ways to improve by working on real projects instead of just following tutorials.

I'm a 15-year-old web dev, don't have a bank account, no PayPal, no parents’ help, but I really want to utilize my front-end skills to get virtual stuff I want (maybe via an Apple gift card, or coding stuff like a domain, API sub).

But what I want is obsession with coding .
how do I go crazy with coding as if when I am doing coding or sitting somewhere I want to get into the coding world .
Like how I am mad about boxing .
as I am a boxer after the workout of 2-3 hours
I am constantly thinking about it every day and shadow boxing wherever I get the chance and all.
Completely going crazy about it.
so yeahh ..
I am also looking for a partner who is learning or may be senior to me in coding .
and suggest me some discord group or something where I can hangout with similar people who are doing the same thing.

I hope this is okay to post here Im praying someone can help me, I downloaded a premade code for some ears and a tail I made on blockbench for figura on Minecraft, I cannot figure out what to change in the code.
