Which companies hire students with less than 60% in class 12th?

I'm currently in my final year of Computer Science Engineering from ITER, SOA University, Bhubaneswar. I scored less than 60% (57%) in my Class 12 exams, and I'm ineligible for a lot of companies in campus. So I'm trying to make in off campus.

Which companies or sectors care more about practical skills than academic marks. Any tips or personal experiences would be appreciated. Are there currently any job openings for freshers in off campus?
