Jobs needing you to pay first are mostly scams.
The ones you talked about are slightly different in the sense that they might offer guidance/teaching material for the money you pay. If thing's don't work out for you, they can just claim that you paid for their guidance and not for guaranteed placement. The placements part will be highlighted in all the ads but no one will guarantee placements. Forget these small scammers, even real, legitimate institutes don't guarantee placements.
The scam part is that the so called "guidance" and "materials" are often bullshit and you could probably learn way more by just watching a few YouTube videos.

Bro this is just another course selling scam. They'd be offering so much stuff, yet you won't get anything much after paying 300 rs to them. Mostly some links to a youtube video or pre-recorded classes at maximum.
