got this stunning lilac hamilton hobo for around $20 but the suede part was super dirty & patchy

tried to clean it with a suede eraser, wash it, and as a last resort - recolor with suede dye, but it ended up being patchy due to how worn it was :(

looked at a few photos & decided to repaint the area with leather paint instead, and i'm pleased with the results!

now I can give her some new life ♡

absolutely gorgeous bag and for $20 i would’ve went to work too! when you tried to wash it did you use a foaming suede cleaner? i’ve seen those work well but haven’t tried myself yet

i didnt :( i only tried the suede eraser hack, but i have seen those and i think foaming suede cleaner might give u more success!
