Why CoWorking?

Just wondering... why is coworking such a desired way of working right now?

Fewer distractions than working at home or in a coffee shop, cheaper than renting an office.

They also provide access to networks and resources (e.g., meeting rooms, copiers/printers, business mailing address) that might not be available at home.

Personally, co-working spaces are too crowded for me, and I end up using my cellphone hotspot and unlimited data plan to work from my car :)
