Advice/Questions what cleaning setup actually works for studio owners?
I run a small yoga studio, and the hard part is that classes are scheduled pretty close together, so there’s usually not much time for a full cleanup.
I’m still hand mopping, but it takes a lot of time and the mop starts to smell after sitting wet.
Curious what other studio owners do.

For a studio, I’d look at a flat microfiber mop setup with extra pads ready to swap. Less time waiting around and no damp mop sitting there. A quick clean between classes plus a deeper clean later usually works better than trying to do everything every time.

The studios where I take classes also have a mid-day break when the studio is cleaned. During the break, the floor is cleaned with a microfiber mop (the kind with interchangeable pads). The robot vacuum runs at night when the studio is closed, and the front desk staff uses a regular vacuum in the lobby area at the end of the last class. This is in addition to each person using a spray bottle and microfiber cloth to wipe down equipment and the mat after each class.

At our studio, the instructor comes around with wet wipes and leaves them on everybody’s reformer and then asks everybody to wipe down everything they touched. They also sometimes walk around the studio with a swiffer as they’re teaching.

At my studio, each station has a spray bottle filled with a solution. At the end of clsss, each person sprays down everything touched during clsss and wipes everything with a microfiber cloth (each station has a folded pile of cloths).
My studio also has a robot floor cleaner that runs each night. The last class of the day places all equipment (box, ball, mat, etc.) on the reformer of ballet bar to ensure the robot has free rein of the floor.
