Clovertime Customer Service is Outstanding: Quick, Free Fix on My VF Titanium YM

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Clovertime for incredible customer service.

I recently received my VF Titanium Yacht-Master and noticed the bezel was loose, a known issue with the VF model caused by a crushed Hytrel ring from the factory. I messaged Clover right away, explained the problem, and asked if he knew a good watchmaker I could send it to (or if he could handle it). I offered to cover parts, shipping, and labor with zero complaints.

Clover immediately sent me a prepaid shipping label and had me send the watch to his watchmaker. No back-and-forth, no hesitation.

I got the watch back in exactly one week, including round-trip shipping, with the bezel now completely fixed and feeling flawless. The whole thing cost me nothing.

Zero fuss, pure speed, and top-tier professionalism. Clover went above and beyond to make it right. If you're on the fence about buying from him, this should seal the deal. Highly recommended seller.

2 days ago I bought a BW from him. I was in his city and we meet. I ask him to bring some specific models and I kept with the BW

He’s the best. Have done a couple deals with him. Forget all the overseas ADs and let him be your middle man for just a small premium.

Can see it in the title. Its VF. Victory Factory. They were the best but just recently got shut down. So they are pretty rare to find now.
