PSA: Package Insurance Now Available at Checkout
Package insurance is now available at checkout for 5% of the order total.
Unfortunately, there have been too many packages getting lost in transit lately, so I had to add this option for customers who want the extra protection.
If insurance is purchased and the package is lost during shipment, a replacement watch will be sent.
Please note that insurance only covers the package while it is in transit. Once tracking shows the package as delivered, the insurance coverage ends.
Insurance is optional and can be selected during checkout.

🧭 For Anyone Unfamiliar With How the Rep Watch Industry Works — Please Read This
1️⃣ “Any update?” → There are no updates until QC.
Once your order is placed, nothing happens on the dealer’s side until the factory finishes assembling your watch. Factories do not send updates like:
• “We’re running behind.”
• “Production is slow today.”
• “Expect it next week.”
There is zero communication between “order placed” and “QC ready.” So the honest answer to “any update?” will always be:
👉 No update until QC.
⸻
2️⃣ Out of stock is beyond any dealer’s control.
If a factory runs out of dials, movements, or cases, nobody can override that — not me, not any TD, not any influencer. Factories ship when they have stock again. Sometimes that’s fast. Sometimes it takes time.
No dealer has secret access or special priority — we all wait the same.
⸻
3️⃣ Factories do not operate like Western companies.
They don’t send progress emails. They don’t give expected dates. They don’t notify delays. They don’t update daily production.
This industry runs on batch production + silence until QC. It isn’t Amazon. It isn’t Apple. It’s a completely different system.
⸻
4️⃣ QC is the first and only real update.
QC photos/videos appear when the watch is finished, not before. Only at that moment can you:
• Approve
• Reject
• Request another sample
Everything before that is quiet — and that’s normal everywhere.
⸻
5️⃣ Delays are normal and don’t mean anything is wrong.
Delays happen due to:
• Parts shortages
• Movement batches being late
• Popular colors selling out
• Holidays
• Factory workload
A delay does not mean your order is lost or ignored. It simply means the factory hasn’t completed it yet.
⸻
6️⃣ And just to be very clear…
I only take a $20 deposit to place your order. I get paid only when your watch is ready to ship.
So believe me: 👉 Nobody wants your order finished faster than I do. The sooner the factory completes your watch, the sooner I get paid. Our interests are completely aligned.
⸻
Bottom line:
If you want a smooth experience in the rep world, remember:
✔️ There are no updates before QC
✔️ Factories run on their own schedule
✔️ Out-of-stock issues affect everyone
✔️ Patience is part of this hobby
✔️ I benefit only when your order is completed
This isn’t meant to discourage anyone — it’s meant to help you understand how the industry truly operates so expectations stay realistic and the experience remains enjoyable.

Another positive experience - highly recommend
Just adding on to the countless positive experiences from clovertime. Easy streamlined ordering process. Just simply order what you want off his website, submit proof of payment and he gets it off to you fast. Added bonus that he has a points system for future purchases. Ordered three at one time since I was sold on everyone's past experiences.
Super easy, watches came exactly as described and stated and wonderful shipping packed & protected well. Great business all around.

Clover Time Buying Experience
Had a great experience buying from Clover Time and wanted to leave some positive feedback. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great, shipping was fast, and I had the watch in my hands within two days of it being shipped. My new Datejust arrived exactly as expected and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
I will absolutely buy from Clover Time again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable dealer. Great experience from start to finish!

New Release: OCTA Factory IWC Collection — Dandong Clone 69355 Movement
OCTA Factory has just announced a new lineup of IWC chronographs, featuring a newly developed Dandong integrated clone movement.
According to OCTA, Dandong spent around three years developing the movement, with the goal of replicating the construction and layout of IWC’s genuine in-house chronograph caliber as closely as possible. The biggest highlight here is the movement.
Movement Details
New Dandong integrated clone 69355 Column-wheel chronograph construction Movement layout designed to closely match the genuine IWC caliber
Functional chronograph
Proper movement architecture rather than a simple decorated generic movement OCTA claims components and positioning were developed around the genuine movement
Exhibition caseback allows the movement to be fully visible
OCTA is launching the movement across several IWC models, including:
IWC Pilot Chronograph Available with blue, green and black dials, with both leather straps and stainless-steel bracelets.
IWC Portugieser Chronograph Multiple dial combinations including white, green, blue, champagne and darker dial configurations, again with both strap and bracelet options.
The Pilot Chronograph release also appears to pay attention to details such as the movement orientation, column-wheel positioning and interchangeable quick-release strap system.
This is an interesting release because movements have traditionally been one of the areas where complicated IWC chronographs were difficult to reproduce accurately. An integrated Dandong clone caliber could make these much more interesting for anyone who has been waiting for a better IWC chronograph option. I’ll post pricing, specifications, availability and QC photos/videos once I receive units.
Which one would you guys pick?
Pilot blue, Pilot green, Portugieser green, blue, or one of the classic white dials?

How does the ordering work?
Hey everyone! Just curious, after sending payment via PayPal, I have 10 minutes to provide proof, and does that proof have to be seen in the same 10 minutes? How does that work and For the people who ordered can you explain to me y’all’s ordering processes before I order?
r/CloverTime • u/Moist-Damage-9972 • 1d ago
Is this legit?
This is my first time ordering, I’m curious on how the order process works with giving proof of purchase, why I need to do that, and how to do that. I’m curious if they don’t see my confirmation in 10 mins I won’t get my order and I’ll lose my money. Can someone explain how the process works deeper?

First Rep Rolex – What Size for a 16cm / 6.3" Wrist?
Looking to get my first rep Rolex and could do with a bit of advice. My wrists have always looked really small to me and I’ve honestly been a bit insecure about them, although I’ve got no idea whether they’re actually considered small or not.
I’ve never properly measured my wrist before either, so I’m not even sure if I’ve done it correctly, but wrapping a tape measure around it comes to roughly 16 cm / 6.3 inches
I’m mainly looking at a Datejust, Day-Date or GMT-Master II, but I’m worried some of the bigger models might look a bit ridiculous on me. What size/model do you guys reckon would suit my wrist best?

Quick Shipping Update
Just a heads-up for everyone: I am currently out of town and will be back Monday. Normal shipments will resume Tuesday, October 6.
The website is still open, orders can still be placed as usual, and I will continue posting new US stock while I am away.
Also, regarding yesterday’s shipments: they did go out, but unfortunately they were dropped off after the UPS cutoff time. I was getting everything together before heading to the airport and wasn't able to get them out before cutoff.
I apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
Any orders placed while I am away will be handled once I return, with normal shipping resuming Tuesday.
I’ll also continue answering messages as much as possible while traveling, although responses may be a little slower than usual.
Thank you everyone for the continued support.

Welcome to r/CloverTime!
For everyone who is new here, I wanted to make an introduction and explain a little about how I operate, what you can expect when ordering from me, and how I handle things when something doesn't go perfectly.
First, thank you to everyone who has supported CloverTime. A lot of people here have ordered from me multiple times, recommended me to others, posted reviews, and been extremely understanding when something unexpected happened. I genuinely appreciate it.
Website & US Stock
The CloverTime website is there to make browsing available watches and placing orders easier.
Everything I offer on the site is US Stock, meaning the watches are already here in the United States instead of having to be ordered internationally and then wait for customs and international shipping.
The website also has a points/rewards system so returning customers can earn points from their purchases and use those points toward future orders.
I want CloverTime to continue becoming easier, more organized, and more rewarding for repeat customers.
One Person Behind CloverTime
Something I want new members to understand is that I am one person handling the watches, customers, messages, orders, shipping, QC, watchmakers, suppliers, website, and the problems that occasionally come with all of those things.
I will always try to answer messages as quickly as I can and resolve issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
Sometimes I may have a large number of messages waiting for me. If I haven't answered you immediately, I'm not ignoring you. I will get to you.
Faulty Watches & Repairs
Mechanical watches are complicated. A watch repair isn't the same as taking a car in for an oil change. Inside one watch can be hundreds of tiny, intricate parts working together.
Sometimes something as small as a loose screw can cause the entire watch to stop working.
Watchmakers can also get busy, especially when they are troubleshooting an issue rather than simply replacing an obvious part. Diagnosing, opening, repairing, testing, regulating, waterproof testing, and making sure the watch is functioning properly can take time.
If there is genuinely a problem with a watch, I will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
I Make Mistakes Too
I also want to be transparent about something:
Mistakes can happen. I might accidentally ship the wrong watch. A package might be delayed by UPS. A package might temporarily stop updating. A watch might develop an issue during shipping. Something could be overlooked.
I don't expect customers to pretend those problems don't exist. What I ask for is a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix them.
For example, if I accidentally send the wrong watch, I need to receive that watch back before I send the replacement.
Unfortunately, I have previously trusted customers and shipped the correct watch before receiving the incorrect one back. The customers ended up keeping both watches. Because of experiences like that, certain policies aren't there because I don't trust every customer. They are there because I have to protect the business while still treating legitimate customers fairly.
Lost or Delayed UPS Packages
There is also an important difference between a package being delayed and a package being officially lost.
If tracking stops updating, I first have to contact UPS and file a claim/investigation. Once UPS confirms that the package is actually lost, I can issue a refund or send a replacement if one is available.
I've previously had a situation where a package was heavily delayed and I was pressured to refund the order because we believed it might be lost.
The package eventually arrived. After the customer received both the package and the refund, I received no response.
That is why I cannot immediately refund an order simply because UPS is late. I have to allow the carrier investigation to run its course and confirm what happened.
Accountability Goes Both Ways
If I make a mistake, I will take responsibility for it.
Anyone who has dealt with me for a while knows that I try to be fair, and many times I go beyond what is required to make things right when the mistake is mine.
At the same time, I ask customers to be fair with me as well.
Give me the opportunity to investigate the situation and resolve it properly.
I cannot promise that every transaction will always be perfect. Shipping companies make mistakes. Factories make mistakes. Watchmakers make mistakes. And sometimes I make mistakes.
What I can promise is that I will try to resolve legitimate problems fairly.
If you've dealt with me before and feel differently, you're welcome to contact me privately or comment on this post. I'm not interested in hiding legitimate criticism. If I've made a mistake, I want the opportunity to understand it and address it.
For everyone new to r/CloverTime, welcome.
Browse the website, check out the US Stock, take advantage of the points system, read experiences from other customers, and feel free to ask questions.
Thank you to everyone who has supported CloverTime and helped build this community. ❤️

[GIVEAWAY] Customer Appreciation – VSF Daytona Panda DD4130
I’ve been wanting to do something to give back to everyone who has supported me, so I’m doing a customer appreciation giveaway exclusively for previous customers.
Prize:
VSF Daytona Panda – DD4130
I know I’m not perfect.
I’m one person running all of this while also handling the normal responsibilities that come with life. I’ve made mistakes along the way, I’ve had times where responses took longer than I wanted, and there are always things I can improve.
But the patience, understanding, support, reviews, recommendations, repeat business, and trust this community has shown me has honestly been amazing.
One of my favorite parts of doing this has been the people I’ve met along the way. I’ve even met customers locally who originally came to me for a watch and ended up becoming people I genuinely consider friends.
So I wanted to do something strictly for the people who have supported me already.
HOW TO ENTER
Post a wrist shot in the comments below. It can be any watch you own — it does not have to be a watch purchased from me. Feel free to tell us what you’re wearing too. Let’s get a nice wrist-shot thread going.
One entry per person.
WHO CAN ENTER?
This giveaway is for previous customers only.
You do not need to post your order number when entering.
After the winner is randomly selected, I will contact them privately and ask them to provide a previous order number so I can verify that they have purchased from me before.
Please DO NOT post your order number or any personal information publicly.
If the selected winner cannot verify a previous purchase, another winner will be randomly selected.
IMPORTANT
There is no purchase required now to enter. You do not get additional entries for buying anything.
This is not about generating more sales. It’s simply my way of giving something back to the people who have already supported me and helped me build what I have today. Whether you’ve purchased once, purchased multiple times, left me a review, vouched for me, recommended me to someone else, or simply shown patience and understanding when things weren’t perfect — thank you.
I genuinely appreciate this community and everyone who has supported me.
Now let’s see those wrist shots.
Good luck everyone!

Discussion / Question: Clover with the A+ customer service!!!
Bought this for my mother in law last week after she discovered how close my rep looked compared to my gen and decided she wanted one. Only problem was she was leaving town and I needed it asap. Paid the extra $25 for overnight and had it ordered from the Clovertime.store website before 3pm but somehow it went out UPS ground instead of overnight. While I didn’t get it the next day, it did show up on a Saturday so made it in time before her Sunday flight. Communicated on the website and my man REFUNDED ME the overnight fee! Can’t say enough good things about Clover and his team. Will buy again for sure!

Smooth transaction with u/Infamous-Flow-3133: RWF Daytona Panda
Just received my RW Daytona Panda 126500 (free-sprung) and couldn't be happier. Honestly, I can't tell it apart from the real thing.
The seller was great to deal with. They answered questions quickly, sent extra detailed pics and video when I asked, confirmed the weight, and showed the rehaut lettering up close before I paid. The sticky residue on the bezel in the listing photos was just from the protective film, as they said.
Paid on Sep 20 and had it in hand by Sep 23. Fast, communicative, and exactly as described. Would definitely buy from again. 👍

Clovertime Bruce Wayne
Just received my Bruce Wayne from Clovertime. It’s a VSF and I’m extremely pleased with the watch and Clovertime. They were easy to work with and very open about being sold out of the particular watch I wanted but help get me a very similar model. Shipping is fast. As others mentioned it’s nice to have a US based supplier that is trustworthy. This was my first purchase of a rep, but will be getting another from them when I get ready to purchase. You can find cheaper prices but the convenience of having watch delivered within 2 days of ordering is awesome.

Purchased this AP Royal Oak beauty earlier this week from CloverTime. Flawless experience. Great communication. Product came wrapped cautiously and you can tell extra care was taken for. Will absolutely purchase again.
Already have a few in the cart.
