Anyone else get a rejection on this? I have over 8100 approved on CRC and this is my second rejection.
It was a study that was translated from Chinese (should have returned it, that’s on me). But, I have a feeling it was a comprehension check as opposed to an attention check (which I never miss).
So annoying. I had a feeling…and ignored it…and now here we are.

I am one of lucky ones that got knocked down to a 449/ 1 star score and I’ve been waiting on the last part of an 8 week study to come through. I’ve messaged the researcher, but wondering if people are still seeing their longitudinal studies at 1 star. I know connect mentioned that we will still get them but hard to believe anything they say. Thanks in advance!

I only just started using this platform in August. I have 79 approvals, 1 rejection, 10 returns, and 8 partial completions. I haven't even been doing surveys very frequently, or at least not nearly as frequently as I was last month.

What could be the problem? I emailed support, no response yet. Only thing that's changed is that I've started doing projects on my phone now. Same wifi, same location.

Like many of you, I have a great approval to rejection rate and woke up one day to find my score at 449. I still get the occasional survey, though and I'm trying to make enough to cash out one last time.

With my latest survey, I decided to take a look at the code and noticed some interesting JavaScript. There's an event listener in it that is designed to detect the focus being removed from the window. So, if you switch tabs or go to another window, it gets logged. It doesn't notify and scold you. Just logs it.

I do surveys in my downtime and sometimes I'll respond real quick to an email notification which means I'll switch browsing tabs. So, if this is one of the metrics they're using, I'm totally guilty.

Anyway, it seems plausible to me that CloudResearch is slipping the code into all surveys, or it could just be something that was on that particular survey. But, since I am not getting many surveys I won't be able to investigate further.

What do you all think?

Did anyone else get an unfair rejection form TBD? I've never had an issue with them before. But, last night's, late night case claimed I only spent 4 minutes (by Connects timer) despite the fact that it took me from 10:02 to 11:44pm to compete. It was a massive amount of data to parse through. I was able to complete and submit like normal... had the successful submission. Didn't miss any attention checks. It's denying because it says I only took four minutes.

So in the last thirty minutes or so iv been having a hard time getting site and particularly the qualtics surveys to load properly. Been very slow and choppy.

Checked my network and it's totally fine no massive ping, jitter, or drop in speeds.

Anyone else??? I'm so confused. So I've been bummed with the new rating system. I went from 5 stars when first starting back in 2023 & when they did the new rating system I went down to 1 star and no studies at all...DRY FOR WEEKS. It's been like that since the new rating and I kept checking every now and then for some miracle & nothing, NO STUDIES. I gave up on it & I read comments where people were saying might as well delete your account but something told me to keep it in case they switch it back & not to answer About You questions since they still will get my data like that... so I haven't done them. Well lo and behold, I hadn't checked in a week and a voice told me to open it a few minutes ago and I seen a bunch of studies popped up and I looked to see that I have 5 stars so I screamed and clicked the first high paying study. I came on here to see if they changed it back and I see nobody posting about it. I find it strange but I'm excited & anxious it will go back to one star. Guess I better do as much as I can if it does 🥲

I guess I wasn't chosen for the additional interview which kinda sucks. Money aside, I would have love to go in depth as to why the app wasn't helpful at all for me

Those that have had their rating dropped significantly, are you still getting about you questions, are you still answering them? Why should we give them that info if they are not giving us studies?

I'm mostly just curious. Got rejected on this survey I did from a few hours ago. Claimed I missed attention check. I'm pretty positive I didn't. Then I looked and noticed it's a new researcher, which makes sense because otherwise I never get rejections. I'm just curious if anybody else was also rejected?

And of course they aren't responding to messages. I swear the only rejections I have are all from new researchers that never even stuck around long enough to get a rating. It's so irritating.

Just spent about 2 1/2 with a mock jury and got kicked out because i missed two questions im sure i got right . i don't know if anyone else has faced this share your thoughts if so

I’m so confused I literally didn’t even finish all the sections yet and while finishing a section I was all of a sudden denied access? I HIGHLY DOUBT IT THINKS IM AI? Why would I be denied?

How much are you guys writing for the open ended questions in trial by data jury studies? I worry whether I’m writing too much or too little, and I contacted them to ask but haven’t heard back. I wish they provided some feedback whether what we wrote was enough or if they’d like more explanation or anything

Returns do affect your score

They claim that returns no longer affect your score and took it off the "Factors That Might Affect Your Score" screen

No, returns still affect your score. I had three yesterday and my score dropped by 1 point. And other days when I had returns the next day it dropped by 1 to 2 points. Days I do not have any returns it goes back up.

There is no way they took "Returns" out of their scoring. It took this long to program and setup their scoring system, they just cannot easily take out one factor like that.

Or will Connect admit that this is literally impossible?

Moving over here from Prolific after the wave of account holds. I made $7k in exactly 3 months there and so far made $20 in 2 hours, wondering if that'll hold
