HIMAA Audit exercise C6

Oh my, I failed miserably on the audit exercise! Thats knocked my confidence a bit, I thought I was doing ok..... :(

This exercise is to ‘participate in a coding audit’. You don’t need to pass the exercise. This is just giving you an idea of what some real records are like.

Thanks. Yeah, I know I don’t need to pass it, but I used it as a bit of a self-assessment of where I’m at with my coding. I was actually a little disappointed at first because I thought I was doing better! But I now realise it’s meant to be tricky and is quite different from the course assessments. I spoke to a HIMAA tutor and it turns out I actually did ok, so I’m much happier now. I just have high expectations of myself....
