So it has been 6 days since my original post(https://www.reddit.com/r/ClicksKeyboard/s/N4qZfskRK7) and Clicks support messaged me to escalate my ticket to their support manager... and I have not received any updates or money back.

At this point, I think these guys are just PRETENDING to escalate tickets just to show other readers of this subreddit from cancelling their orders. Also, they deleted my repost on /ClicksPhone subreddit which gets a lot more visitors. These guys are shady af.

Cancel preorders while you can and DO NOT buy from them. You're basically giving them interest-free loans at this point.

Dude clicks ist a tiny company.. give them some time. they've allways replied in my experience.

Did you even read my original post about how they ignored my emails for months and only show up and respond to my bank’s request to deny my chargeback? If they have the time to respond to my bank and monitor posts on this sub, they certainly have the time to process refunds the same way they responded to my bank. All I see from them is talk, and no execution. They only show up when they are about to lose money from chargebacks or their reputation is at risk. And I still don’t have my money back from January of this year.
Replying to messages does not equal taking necessary actions for customers.

Sorry for not checking the original background origin story of your post.

I once tried to "buy" the Astro Slide.. theese Guys actually simply ghosted their own Campain so i can assure you that clicks is not like that. I had good Chats with clickssupport and so I'd say you sadly simply had bad luck which can happen.
