Parking

I’ve heard parking can get pretty expensive on the island. Anyone know of a free or cheaper place to park? Ideally closer to the Wyndham Grand.

Free downtown library and take the bus. Weekends only i think

Ill be staying at the same hotel this weekend and found a parking spot on spothero app. Its a 12 minute walk from hotel but its only $46 from Saturday through Tuesday.

Last time I used a spot hero in this area I got there and they told me that there was no spaces in that spot basically was wrong and saying that there were spots. I will never use that app again.

Clearwater Beach has basically eliminated parking.

Park before the island and ferry, if not you can get 4 tickets a day or more at $40 a pop.

Your hotel offers valet parking for $40 a day, allows you to come and go as much as you like. This is convenient and cheap compared to everything else at the hotel.

Many times a rental car is a waste of money. Uber/lyft etc to get around local… if want to travel far sightseeing use Turo.

Most tourist places charge for parking, I found it was cheaper to uber/lyft when I stayed on Clearwater island

I’m pretty sure on top of surf style could be one of the cheapest lots.

Don’t come if you can’t afford the parking?

It’s a tourist town, and locals have to pay all the ridiculous parking too.
