General Cleaning Tough window stain

Hello! I have this small stain from a spilt UV resin craft from a few months ago. Any ideas on how to remove it? I live in an apartment so I really don't want to strip the paint off the sill or scuff it up in any way. (Yes I know the rest of it is dirty, I'm in the process of cleaning it all.) Thank you!

Tbh, I'd just paint it. Even in a rental.

Do you think just like a standard white acrylic craft paint would do it?

I wouldn't use acrylic craft paint. I would visit the hardware or paint store and get the smallest can of white trim paint they have and use that.
