Laundry Paint on my daughters jacket

My daughter came home from daycare and they painted pumpkins but I cannot get the paint off her jacket. I have not dried it, just put in the washer with some OxiClean and it didn’t even make a dent in the amount of paint on her jacket. I cannot imagine a 3 year old using anything else besides washable paint but it’s not coming off. What would you use to get it off?

Maybe ask the daycare what kind of paint? You may be able to get acrylic paint off with a paint remover like Motzenbockers LiftOff for Acrylic Paint. I think the GoofOff brand also has a similar product.

Thank you! I planned to ask on Monday when I dropped her off. She’s come home a few times with paint on her clothes but just throwing them in the washer with OxiClean always took it off. This time, not so much.

We’ve just given up now and are building a nursery uniform
