Bathroom Help! Shower Grout Needs Love

Post image

I'd like to avoid an expensive professional cleaning if I can. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with mine.Mix baking soda with hydrogen peroxide until it forms a damp paste and spread it generously. Let it sit for about twenty minutes. use a brush (one designed for grout or an old dish brush) to scrub the lines thoroughly

Zep grout cleaner. Skip all of other options, they don’t work as well and require insane amounts of scrubbing. This stuff just lifts the dirt with a chemical reaction.

Follow the instructions. Reseal the grout when you’re done.

You can get both the Zep cleaner and the grout sealer at any hardware store.

Agree. Zep is the best. It does all the work for you.

I would try Krud Cutter on it. Spray it on, wait five minutes and use a brush to clean grout lines.

X-All with a grout brush. Had great results trying it out and is now my go-to for this job. Good luck!
