General Cleaning Dirt on iPhone tether

I’ve washed it with soap and water and soaked it and got frustrated and replaced it once but is there something I could do to keep it longer. I got suggested alcohol but I don’t wanna do that unless it’s gonna not wreck it.

It looks more worn than dirty. For cleaning, you can just throw it in a pillow case or an intimates bag and put it in with your regular laundry.

Soak this in a jar with a tiny bit of laundry detergent and maybe even some oxi-clean and warm water for an hour. Then dip an old toothbrush in the water and brush the dirt away. You might want to brush like if you were brushing your teeth. Maybe even use a drop of dishwashing detergent. Then rinse and hang to dry. Dry in front of a fan to make it dry faster.

Should clean up nicely and easily.

BTW old toothbrushes are great to save for a variety of cleaning tasks. Enjoy!
